Our cancellation policy is stated in articles 9 and 10 of the Terms of Travel.

This is a short summary of the charges in the event of a cancellation:

Non refundable: the full price of all entrance tickets to the NBA-games in the travel package.

Charges depending on day of cancellation:

• Up to 56 days before departure: € 250,- per person.
• 56 to 28 days before departure: 50% of the remaining travel sum.
• 28 to 14 days before departure: 75% of the remaining travel sum.
• 14 days before departure or later: the full travel sum.

We offer a cancellation insurance to protect you from incurring any cancellation charges.
